I worked on a diamond necklace for Louis Vuitton with Cactus Team.
The piece is a celebration of precision and light, an intricate composition where every stone interacts with its surroundings to create a quiet sense of movement. We wanted to capture the feeling of something precious yet alive, where brilliance isn’t static but constantly shifting.
The process involved a long and meticulous work of layering multiple refractions and reflections, building the image step by step until it reached a natural balance.
Each gemstone was studied as a microcosm of light, its behavior recreated through controlled depth, color dispersion, and subtle distortion. This approach allowed the final image to feel both realistic and slightly surreal, an interplay between material and illusion.
What emerged was not just a representation of a jewel, but a study of how light itself becomes a form of craftsmanship.
